We want you to love your Serenity Candles experience. Each candle is handcrafted with care, but if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.
 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

If your order arrives broken or defective, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** at @ssa.serenitycandles2024@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product and packaging

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized candles are final sale and cannot be returned.
